BACKGROUND
Christian Teachers In Action was started by Mrs Donnette Norman at the Wolmer’s High School for Girls.’ However, it was officially launched at the Shortwood Teachers College in March 2006.
The movement began out of the conviction that in a day of shifting moral standards and much spiritual darkness; the answer lies in wholeheartedly turning to God for more creative strategies to empower both teachers and students to maximize our potential and fulfill our destiny to His glory and honor.
This is imperative, as true fulfillment only comes from a discovery of and agreement with God’s intelligent design for our lives. Our sincere prayer is that God would graciously give us vision and true wisdom as we continue to serve in the field of education.
We are grateful to God for the launching of Passion and Purity in 2008. Passion and Puirty is a movement currently geared towards our youths and children. This is one of many wonderful answers to our prayers .
